We have been trying to get someone to fix our door for ages. Only one day after ringing Melissa at River City Doors Dave came out. Even though he was scheduled to arrive between 12 and 4, Dave still rang with an ETA and arrived when he said he would. We are now the proud owners of a new Merlin door operator that Dave expertly installed. He even sprayed the doors which now open and close quieter than ever. We got the best explanation of what was done and about subsequent servicing in the future. The service we have received is way above average and in this day and age that is something. I was really happy with the great service and politeness of the employees at River City Doors.  This could have been a difficult order but was surprised how much time, attention and consideration  the staff gave to me with my concerns when I needed assurance and assistance.  They were A1 in customer service both in tradespeople and office administrators. I’d recommend them highly to future customers.

I contacted River City Doors in order to have my elderly garage door serviced and obtain a new remote as mine had been lost several years prior. Michael called me to let me know his time of arrival, which was within the time period allocated to me. He was extremely efficient and friendly, and sorted out a few issues with the connections before letting me know that the door itself was working well and that he didn't see the need to charge me for a service. After using silicon in the tracks and explaining to me how to open the door if the motor failed, Michael tackled the job of finding a remote that would work with my twenty-year old motor. Much to my relief he tracked down the information and the remote and saved me the cost of a new motor. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would recommend this company to anyone needing help in this area.

I contacted a number of places for quotes. From my first contact with RCD - they were friendly.  The receptionist was a delight to talk to.  The guy who came to give a quote - was friendly and helpful.  And finally, the guy who came to do the job, again Friendly and helpful.  The job was an easy job, however that did not stop RCD from delivering a top job.  Thanks Guys

Wow.... so close to Xmas and everyone is as busy as ! Outstanding service and more than happy to share the good experience in a review. Dave was excellent at his job and explained all the necessary things he needed to do. Wasn't expensive and was great value for money.

Contacted following a recommendation for River City Doors from a "surrounding suburbs" Facebook group to get help with my faulty automatic garage roller door. River City Doors were very responsive, competitively priced, and, within a couple of days, attended on time to resolve the issue.

Excellent response with a visit the next day by Andy. I managed to snag a cancellation so thanks to the receptionist for organising that for me. Andy was on time and quickly assessed then installed a new motor. Couldn’t be happier.

River City Doors have looked after our garage door for many years and I find their service prompt, friendly and reasonably priced.   I recomend them and give them 5 stars!
