Very easy to book and communicate with prior to arrival. Reasonable prices. Excellent system for getting from cruise port to rental shop to pick up car - quick shuttle. Easy check out process. Good reliable car and van. Easy drop off and shuttle back to the port. Would highly recommend!

We called last minute for a people mover, and Nick happily shifted things around to accommodate us. Then we had a situation as we were supposed to drop the car off in Tauranga. My parents' flight to Auckland was cancelled. Nick couldn't have been more helpful, allowing us to drive the car to Auckland and helping us organise everything up there to make sure my parents got their international flight. An excellent service, really friendly, and easy to get hold of in an emergency. Thank you!

I've been in Tauranga since around 11 months now, and almost every weekend, have been touring the country. Always have preferred Rite price rentals. They have got the best cars amongst some of the other rentals I've tried. Also they offer them at a very good price.

Great friendly people. Instead of buying a shore excursion from NCL, we decide to drive our group to see the geothermal wonderland and the Maori village. We were first shuttled to their car hire place, did some paper work and off we drove. It was a great way to see Rotorua. Would highly recommend them for being so fast and efficient.

Great people to talk to very Friendly and everything was Super Quick and Easy car was a new Toyota Yaris very clean and went like a dream. cheaper then everyone else Highly Recommend these guys. Hire from here you wont be disappointed
