Awesome produce, quality selection, ambience and staff. The location is ideal. Everything looks and tastes great. You pay a bit more, but it"s worth it!!!
Had a bad experience here today. So unfortunately even though the fruit is of nice quality we will be taking our family business elsewhere. Today Con I saw on seek a job advertised at your shop. So being pro active I took a good friend of mine in. I have always enjoyed my previous experiences here. My friend has 25 years experience working at a fruit shop in Malvern. Your manager was so rude to myself and my friend. He basically told us he wasn't interested by looking at my friend for one second. He passed someone up with 25 years experience without asking him one question. Unfortunately if that is how your manager and shop treat other human beings it's a sad state.
Best fruit and veggies and quality deli bit and pieces. You won’t get much Better quality anywhere!
Terrible customer service. Management is extremely rude. They didn't let us return something that we bought with a bad best by on the same day that we bought it. Otherwise, produce is very good, but overpriced.
The best fruit and vegetables in Elsternwick hands down. Wide range of dried goods, biscuits, sauces, condiments smallgoods and cheeses too
Great fruit. Not the cheapest, but quality is excellent. Good range too.
Excellent stock of fruit and veg, helpful staff!
Some of the produce and fruit is excellent. However cut fruit is really hit and miss and so are packaged products. I sent my brother in today to do a shop for me. He returned with a tub of cut pineapple and watermelon which I threw out. The watermelon was definitely off and I was worried to get salmonella if eaten..Persian fetta tub had no date and the oil is awfully dark ...which does not fill me with confidence..I like VFP because it's a one stop shop for me..They help with carrying bags if help is required. However it is important not to sell outdated products
Great fruit and veg ,although don't have a conversation about mouldy olives in a container that you have purchased as it will be dismissed and you will not be offered any kind of compensation. I am happy to shop there but l will never purchase things like olives in a container again. A little disappointed.
Stunning produce well curated by a family who knows their business and takes a genuine interest in their customers. They cater for Kosher, gluten free, Keto , organic , a little special something or just plain fresh and fabulous produce.
