Awesome products but customer service is a bit 'hit and miss' in this store. Depending on what staff are on shift, you'll get the best service ever. On another shift... absolute zero.. You can be the only customer in the store.. watch two staff chatting at the counter and not one of them offers assistance.
Staff were more interested in their discussion about the up coming weekend.
I went to 4 different sunglasses shops, but I was able to find the pair that suits me at this shop only. Lovely and helpful staff and great products with excellent discounts!
Have visited this store twice in the last 6 months while on holidays in Cairns. Both times I was greeted with a hello that seemed like it was a chore and the staff were not interested at all in serving me.
