I would recommend going to the North Ringwood Family Pharmacy instead because the people there are rude and abusive to me and to their customers.

Friendly and great service! I'm always greeted with a smile here and the staff will always go out of their way to find exactly what you need. I regularly go to this pharmacy and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

Been to this pharmacy, and have always had a great experience with the staff there. The pharmacist is always friendly and patient with people there, even when it gets busy. They always try to help you where they can. I have heard there have been a few unreasonable customers, but the pharmacist has responded in a fair and professional manner when dealing with them. Hats off to them and their team!

We had a very unpleasant experience here today.The young female pharmacist underhandidly charged us for a script we got 2 months ago .When we went back to say we'd been overcharged she just insisted that the computer said we didn't pay for a script last time and that was it!
We are regular customers and felt it was not explained just added on to our total at the register and then we were treated like criminals
SHOCKING customer service and no people skills for that pharmacist....it's not about the money but the way it was done...makes us not want to go back there and we have often  bought other things while getting my Dad's regular scripts filled ...so you loose even though that pharmacist thinks she won 
What happened to the customer is mostly right!!
Go to Chemist Warehouse just up the road and much cheaper and they would never do that they're too professional

Plenty of parking, neat and spacious store, with great customer service. Found a beautiful last minute gift while waiting for my script.
