I have found all the staff to be Polite  and courteous. I was extremely nervous upon my first appointment. So much so that I arrived 30 minutes early to make sure I was not late. On entering the building I was greeted with respect and then sat down to wait for my case manager. I found Celeste to be a kind and understanding person who has explained everything to me and showed me compassion. I have been on my order for several months now and have always been treated in a respectful manner. I have never been on a corrections order before and I hope I never will be again but I must admit I am finding the experience very structured and considerate. Thanks Celeste.

Not as easy to get out of as Risdon, foods good though.

Long waiting periods and no amenities. Also, false reports written about me,

Trying to get help from them is like pulling teeth
