I had a great experience at the Rigs facility in Bundall. I had come in with some repetitive use injuries/inflammation from work and sport. I used the hot/cold magnesium pools and steam sauna and finished my session with a full body cryo. My experience with the staff from start to finish was exceptional, they were welcoming and very informative. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for extra help in their recovery process or even a weekly decompress.

Trying to book is a nightmare. Website view keep bringing up palm Beach over bundall. It then want to download an app, brings up Apple store when using hit the play store button all i wanted to do is book
