Amazing store with such beautiful & unique gifts. My daughter & I love to shop here for gifts! The staff are always so friendly & greet us each visit! Definitely one of my favourite shops! Rigby’s is something special!

Ok store unfortunately the service was deplorable. How hard is it to smile and look your customer in the eye and at least appear grateful for their custom - it’s retail 101 - won’t be back or recommending to anyone passing through BH - you were lucky to get $36 out of us.
