Excellent work. I knew what the problem was but didn't have the time to do it myself. Rick was able to fix it cheaper than if I had done it myself because he knows where to get cheaper parts.  Turned up when no one was home, fixed he car, left the bill behind on the deck.  Will definitely be using Rick in future as my first port of call. A big  thanks from both Ellen and myself.  As we are traveling around Australia towing a 21ft caravan we need our car in top condition.  Looking through the mobile mechanic's in Mackay we came across Rick. The most through mechanic we have come across  ..  the price was very reasonable for the work he carried out. Changed out blown brake light, which he never charged for. Placed a rubber cover over the positive side on the battery  .. no charge ..  The oil dip stick on the motor had been shorted out on the battery  .. weakening the dip stick .. if Rick had noticed the damage on the dip stick, God only knows what would have happened if it broke off and went into the sump. Once again thanks If anybody is looking for a mechanic go no further than Rick  Yours in safe motoring Ian & Ellen

Had an unusual problem with brakes on my wife's  car which was promptly sorted even down to getting the correct spare parts. Rick is highly recommended and I will be ringing him first up if we have any further problems.

Rick is a decent person and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend his services. His prices are good and he knows the quickest and best way to get things done.

Super friendly. Diagnosed and fixed my car on the spot, and I’ve booked him in for a full service next week, which he’ll do at my place - brilliant!
