Review: My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, but I encountered an issue with the toiletry supplies. Upon check-in, I noticed that the conditioner and lotion were almost empty. When I brought this to the attention of the reception, I was informed that they could only refill them the next morning, despite my one-night stay. It would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure all toiletry supplies are fully stocked before guests check in to prevent similar inconveniences in the future.
Great location within walking distance of anywhere you could possibly want to be. Room had the perfect amount of space and was super modern and clean. My view of the river was unbeatable!!! The bed was super squishy and comfortable and I loved lying in bed falling asleep to the city view at night and waking up to the beautiful blue sky in the morning. Food options downstairs were great, complimentary breakfast menu was quite comprehensive and the food came out SO quickly - very much appreciated in the morning before work. I also loved how friendly the staff were. Would definitely book again
Great hotel! We took the Yara view room and the view is amazing, the location is great, super close to the train station and all the bars and restaurants. The staff is very nice and friendly, helped us with everything we needed. A special thanks to Monir who was so kind and helped me in the middle of the night when I needed to contact our flight company. I highly recommend this hotel, we've had such a good experience
During my recent stay at Vibe Hotel Melbourne, I experienced an extraordinary level of kindness and support from the staff. Their exceptional care, including providing me with bottle of water, honey and lemon slices to ease my sore throat when I fell ill here for 6 days, truly impressed me. The dedication and helpfulness of both the team also the guy at the reception and the Thai staff were remarkable. Great location walking distance for Collins St shopping and South Bank and Factory Outlet shopping as well as close to the theatre! An ideal location for any Melbourne stay. Well appointed rooms and the restaurant downstairs does an amazing beef cheek! Breakfast is usual continental fare.Rooms: 5/5
Great value for money, the view to Yarra is beautiful from upper floors. Upstairs bar was very nice and lively! Breakfast is ok, there were some changes to it from day to day, but would have loved having some greens with it.
An amazing hotel, the room had a beautiful view over the river and city skyline. The service was also great and the hotel is located in a fantastic location! Would 100% return! Rooms: Really clean rooms, comfy bed and the huge TV was great when lounging on bed.
Oh wow, my first time in Melbourne and let me tell you, I am absolutely thrilled that I picked this hotel! The location is just fantastic, you can easily walk to all the major attractions. And let me tell you, it is totally worth every penny you spend. They even have a restaurant downstairs and the staff at the front desk are so kind and helpful. Sure, I had to wait a bit to get checked in because I arrived early, but that's really the only minor inconvenience I experienced. Overall, the hotel is super clean and the view from my room is absolutely breathtaking. Trust me, it's definitely worth every cent I paid. Nothing to complain about for me. Was able to check in earlier then 2PM which was nice, as I left the other hotel earlier then expected. I didnt have breakfast tjere, cannot comment on that, but room was spacious, comfortable bed and nice shower. Gym small but enough things to work with; pool small but cozy. Staff friendly, helpful for recommendation. Location close to tram Station within the free tram zone!
The rooms were clean ,spacious and comfortable. The team were all calm nice and gave us service with a smile. We had the train station next to us 711 two minutes away and clubs around the corner.
