The woman managing the store in Yarrawonga on Saturday 30 November was very rude to customers and a bully to staff. She loudly and aggressively demanded good morning to us as we walked near the counter and she then began to boss a young worker about. We were disgusted by this rude and abusive attitude and left without buying our favorite olive oil. So sad to witness such bullying in a lovely store that we usually visited and bought extra things. I’m sorry that I did not intervene and stop the bullying.
