I ordered a delivery with them and the platform didn’t allow reviews so I’m leaving one here. Good food, fast delivery and the katsu was still crispy when it got to my house. I was allergic to one of the items and they kindly swapped out the item for me, thank you very much! Would definitely order again.

The Rice Workshop at Knox shopping centre is better than others. Great taste, excellent customer services and well management. Also I can see they have a very good team work. Keep us all the good work guys!
Very tasty rice bowls, enjoyed
Fake Japanese Food and bland taste. The ramen makes me vomit but I can't waste food. Should just take me 12 bucks for instant noodles, unless they can fill me up for 3 days.
Broth is good and karage is delicious and well seasoned!
Good quality and tastey Japanese food. Friendly and helpful staff. The rice and noodles are more fast food quality not restaurant standard, but real value for money.
Portions of rice and beef of the original beef rice dish are just right for the price point AUD9.50. The sauce was well seasoned. The service is prompt. You even get free green tea ice cream just for reviewing in Google and showing them the review and your receipt... so kinda forces you to have to give 5 stars but you can always finish editing your review after you get your soft serve :P You get soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and chilli flakes/powder to liberally use at no charge. They do sell sauces like mayo separately but didn’t op for it as it would bring my total to over AUD10.
Nice udong in food court.
Terrible food! Their rice was rushed, the mochi's were stale-like and horribly made! Simply unedible! Worst Rice Workshop I have gone to by far! Don't go and eat their sweets, they might be off!
