I recently ordered a whole boer goat for Dashain, the only time we fully enjoy goat. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The boer goat we received was covered in hair, which is unacceptable. While I understand some hair may remain from processing, the amount visible in the provided picture was excessive.nnAdditionally, the meat itself had a very strong smell and was notably dark in color, which did not meet our expectations for quality. We chose your shop due to its strong reputation and customer outreach, but this product fell short.nnOverall, we were let down and hope for better quality in the future.

I recently got my delivery form rice spice dice for my festival preparations, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Their online delivery service made shopping for all my favourite Nepali groceries incredibly easy with such a reasonable price especially during the busy festival season. Kudos to the team . I think you guys can definitely afford to buy a computer for a proper and fast checkout in your store. For past couple of times i have been to the store, the checkout has been awfully slow. The customers are literally waiting to pay in the counter for ages while the checkout person is using their phone for checking and calculating the products. I don’t want to degrade the store but seeing customers waiting for a long time to pay inside the store, where there is not even a lot of space, kind of encourages me to not come to the store in a first place. I think you guys can do better in this since the store is getting popular among nepalese community.

nI live in Melbourne and i have been binge watching the stores social media recently  and I am beyond impressed with the quality and service provided by this Nepalese grocery and goat meat supplier! The variety of authentic Nepalese products, fresh ingredients, and especially the top-quality goat meat are outstanding. The staffs seem to be highly motivated, friendly and knowledgeable. 1000 marks for the owner who is just a marketing genius. Kudos to RSD Dai, i hope you make a huge impact to Nepalese entrepreneurship culture and I am more than confident you are going to shine.nnI also really hope they consider expanding to Melbourne soon, as it would be fantastic to have such a reliable and excellent store here or at-least start online delivery service.  Highly recommend to anyone looking for genuine Nepalese groceries and fresh goat meat!

Their products are great! I recently tried mashaura, gundruk, babal chicken wings- all good. Needless to say goat meat and local chicken are exceptional! Plus their packaging of the product and service is professional. No I am not paid to do the review : Genuine client from over a decade  and it has gotten better with the time.
