Staff are friendly and approachable The chips are nicely seasoned and crispy, thick ones the best kind. The steaks are also very juicy and tasty Would just maybe recommend more variations of salads on the side
Burgers are great. Service just OK. Really shouldn't have to ask for napkins let alone wait 5 minutes for them to arrive at a burger joint that is not even half full. A bit pricey for a burger but the carnivore in me did enjoy this rare treat.

The food is great, but a shame that the IT systems let the store down, forced to order at your table, send the order through their payment gateway and then hangs at 'sending to store'. Retried multiple times but continued to fail. Pre charged my card but later refunded annoying and ended up leaving.
always enjoyed ribs and burgers but were very disappointed tonight. my sweet potato chips were cold as was my husband's chips, even my burger patty was luke warm. Paid '$35 for ribs 3 small rack of ribs..will not be returning ever
