Just like Dr Who’s TARDIS this store is much larger inside than it appears from the outside. It’s taken over numerous adjoining stores over the years and offers a huge range of skis, boots, snowboards and related snow items many at excellent discounts. If you’re on your way to the snow it’s definitely worth stopping here for any last minute items you may have forgotten or to get some new gear. Staff are friendly and well-informed. They also have a small outlet in Smiggins but not much of a range there, mainly gloves / goggles and accessories. Open 24 hours during winter.
Massive thanks to Rolf on guiding me through the purchase of my children's first pairs of ski's. His expertise and understanding is ultra professional and helpful. Delivery was outstanding and very cost effective...thank you guys, I will be coming back.nDon't go anywhere else shoppers....these are your guys!
Can I just say what a pleasure it is to deal with this company.nI ordered the wrong boots online - completely my fault and returning them was a breeze! Sent me the mailing label, explained about the return costs and when they received the boots immediately refunded my money. You just can't ask for more. The lovely staff I spoke to were kind and knowledgeable. What a great team, thank you very much.
Rented a NNN BC cross country set up for a fun little evening/night trip to blue lake. They made sure i was set with a perfect setup & good skins. Im bad with names, but it was the lady from the PNW and the chic from Vic. They were absolutely amazing! 10/10. I would absolutely go back. Thanks for the recommendation on the route! Another great purchase from the friendliest and best stocked snow sports store in Oz. A new helmet for the Dolomites in January. Thanks Mick and all the crew!nThe last helmet was destroyed in a slab avalanche in NZ while heli-skiing. WEAR THAT HELMET!!
