I recently had an unfortunate experience with the customer service at Reward Hospitality, and I must say it was highly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff members had no interest in providing quality service. There was no warm greeting or friendly smile to make me feel welcome. The employees seemed disinterested and unmotivated, making it clear that they had no desire to assist customers. When I approached them with a query, their responses were curt and unhelpful. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for assistance. The overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, making it difficult to feel comfortable as a customer. I expected better from a company like Reward Hospitality, but the lack of basic courtesy and friendliness left a lasting negative impression.
I was unaware the uniform collection closed at 2 and the lovely lady above the stairs squeezed me in and managed to help me get my uniform as well as the lovely lady that does the imbrodiary… very happy as i had drove 40min and expressed that to them and they were able to help me collect my uniform and assist. Thankyou so much!
Great staff they are fantastic. So friendly & eager to help. Easy parking in a good location.
If I don’t have anything nice to say I usually don’t say anything at all and therefore don’t tend to post negative reviews. But given that this business is a supplier of hospitality products, I couldn’t overlook my experience. If you’re looking for basic hospitality here, don’t hold your breath! The lady at reception short blond hair had very poor customer service. Unfriendly, unhelpful and indifferent attitude. Such a shame.
Over charged me by 30%. Won’t go back. Thanks for you response. I bought a siphon for making fizzy drinks. I was charged around $120 when the packet said $80. I did not notice until I got home and the cashier had removed the sticker saying $80. It was done quiet casually and easily suggesting to me that she has done this before and that is was deliberate. At the time the sticker was removed she was charging me more. Why not just own up to it at the time?
I recommend any hospitality person to NEVER set foot through the doors of the hospitality store in Northbridge. This has been my second experience where the staff was incredibly unfriend, unhelpful and simply rude! I went in for the intention of finding FOH shoes with my brother. I did my rounds of the store and obviously couldn't find them, so went to a male staff member of Asian descent with glasses. He didn't bother saying "hi how can I help" etc, he went straight to saying "go google it" after my polite enquiry. I have never in my entire life experienced such unprofessionalism and rude customer service! I walked out of the store horrified by his answer then went straight to harbour town instead. The hospitality store, you have lost two valuable FOH and kitchen customers.
