Good gym with plenty of equipment and generally a decent place to train. However, the air con can be a bit unreliable on hot days, which makes some sessions pretty uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment is the change in massage chairs – the old chairs were great, but the new ones are pretty underwhelming. I really valued the old chairs as part of my Level Two membership, and without them the upgrade no longer feels worth the extra cost. I’ll be dropping back from Level Two because, for me, it’s just not good value anymore.
I just want reformer Pilates in this gym as what’s the point of joining as level 2 if they can’t have Pilates beds. They can accommodate 6 beds in the centre area easily. Else the gym is good and the staff is good. If you can add massage chairs you should work on getting Pilates bed on such a prime location
Great experience, dropped in to sort out an old tag to get it assigned to my new profile. I was greeted by Iz manager happy to help and assisted me no problem and it was all fixed with an updated photo in 5 mins! Great experience!
How this revo had a good star rating is beyond me, i come during the dead hours and its still minimal chance to be able to do your routines, for the amount of people that come here its incredibly dissapointing to the point i drive an hour awat just to go to the gym because the extra time driving will still save me time instead of a like of 5 people waiting for one machine.nnGym memberships should be half the price considering this
Facilities were always clean, staff are super friendly and helpful and have never made a fuss of pausing or cancelling memberships which is almost unheard of in this industry! Shout out to Izzie
