New huge gym that just opened today. Friendly staff and a good variety of different equipment. Affordable price and a good promo going currently, decent amount of parking at the front of the gym. I haven’t been to the gym in over 2 years and I felt happy coming here. One thing to mention is they do not accept cash when signing up and it has to be online. I’m looking forward to coming here often and seeing how it holds up so far mostly positive and I highly recommend coming to his location.
Love this place. I used the Pilates studio and the massage chairs for the first time this morning and it was amazing.nnThe place is clean and it’s the only gym I have been to where staff always greet you when the desk is manned.nnDon’t regret swapping gyms at all!
The worst customer experience EVER!nSigned up level 2 membership in June, was happy for what iv got such as Pilate/massage chair etc. thought I’d introduce this great place to my friend, came through the door at 8:55am on Saturday 27th July, knowing the staff hour for Saturday is 9am-1pm, in case it gets busy.nWe were waiting at the desk for 20mins until the lines started building up…ppl brought their friends as well as referral cards, no staff showing up, nor anyone answering the phone call to let us know what’s going on!nOh well…glad someone who called me today 28th July Sunday, I explained what has happened, her explanation to the problem was there was no staff due to an emergency?! No apologies nothing, she also said there was a PT however she couldn’t help too many ppl!nFirst I didn’t know who I can reach out to help, second I don’t know who was the PT, and I don’t think it’s her job to assist new clients? Lastly, the girl who rang back was super rude, no sympathy whatsoever, with me said “that was not a good customer experience” all she relied was “oh well you I hope have a nice day” then hang up!nnJust because you guys are cheap deals doesn’t mean as customers we deserve cheap experience!
Went on the opening night, everything is as it should be with a gym, gear is awesome. Facilities all good.nnLost a star for the following.nAll the staff at the counter were female teens, no issue they were all helpful and polite but surely you can have more of a demographic at the front, i challange you to hire a 50+ lady at the counter and have more of an age demographic to help have a balance.
Very big, spacious and modern. Lots of equipment and nice atmosphere.
