Rachel was extremely friendly and helpful.
Worst customer service experience in Melbourne. 30 + mins in store, 3 arms full of clothing and not one offer to check sizes or how I was going. Not ONE other customer in store, but the chat the assistants were having must have been vital to the business. Shame, as I visit and shop at Review everytime I visit Melbourne- not this time
This store is just amazing! The dresses are gorgeous and such good quality. The dresses fit you instead of you trying to fit the dress, which is the best! Most of them have pockets too! Like actual functional pockets. The trial rooms are luxurious. We had Evaleen help us out and she's just so good at her job! If you go in and see Evaleen, you'll be in good hands :

I love this store. Probably the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. The sales assistant that usually works there Mon-Friday is very friendly and helpful. I order online for “click and collect” and the order is ready within just a couple of hours. Not to mention the clothes and handbags are so pretty.
I think I’m becoming addicted to this store. I visit this place every couple of weeks after work to have a browse. And I always find something pretty. The only problem is I’m too big for a lot of them! : I wish they made bigger sizes or bigger cuts. Especially on dresses and coats. But otherwise the customer service here is always exceptional. It’s probably one of the best I have received on a continued basis. Always smiling. And patient! With someone like me! I like that there isn’t loud music playing in the store. I mean there is music, but not loud. You don’t need music to sell the clothes. The clothes, along with the help of the employees, sell themselves. I always appreciate their opinion when I asked them how something looks. They’re not just there to sell, but they also there to be helpful and chat. Thank you
