I can't recommend Damian and his crew highly enough. We engaged Resbuild to construct an extension onto our existing older home. It was quite a large extension and being an older house not always a straight forward job, however Damian was always willing to work with us to find the best solutions both in terms of practical and affordable. We now have a beautiful new Master Bedroom, Ensuite, Dining room and Deck. We always found Damian, Gary and Mick to be approachable, friendly and extremely professional. We are very much enjoying our new home and would recommend anyone wishing to build to give Damian a call.

Resbuild have completed a number of projects for us. We have always been very satisfied with the professionalism and commitment of the team to our build . The quality of advise on best materials and styles from Resbuild helped us achieve the finish we wanted. We will always use Resbuild for our building projects.

We initially met Damian Garnes through an onsite meeting, and after discussed a property we had, with an existing house on it, and we were interested in building an additional dwelling. Discussions with other builders & local authorities, left us with the understanding that building a second house on this property was not possible. Damian explained how it was indeed possible, and has helped us through every step of the planning & approval process. Even recommending undertaking a town planners self certification certificate, prior to lodging the application, making the approval process faster and easier. With all the necessary red tape dealt with, construction has finally begun on this project. The project is not your typical house construction, using split face, core filled block as the basis of the construction we aimed for a heritage style home. All the builders previously approached shied away from this type of construction, but this has not been an obstacle for the Resbuild team. From the outset nothing has been easy, due to a very difficult block to build on, & misinformation from local authorities, but now with Damian overseeing, construction is now proceeding well. From the cutting of the block, the plumbers, steel fixers, concreters, have all been very approachable & professional. Thanks Damian. We appreciate professionalism & down to earth attitude, we would recommend Resbuild 's construction & design team to anyone.
