Had such a great experience at Repeat Offender!nnEverything we ordered was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The standout dishes for me were the Tuna Ceviche and the Chargrilled Scotch Fillet. If you enjoy tartare-style dishes, the tuna ceviche is an absolute must-order, and the steak was cooked perfectly.nnWe also tried the Baja Fish Taco, Grilled Chicken Taco, 24-hour Beef Brisket Taco, Chargrilled Calamari, Mushroom Potato Croquettes, Patatas Bravas, Charred Broccolini, and finished with the Lemon Curd Tart. Honestly, there wasn’t a single dish we didn’t enjoy.nnThe atmosphere was fantastic too. Even on a weekday night, the restaurant was busy with groups of friends and couples, which made it feel like a genuine local favourite.nnA funny moment during dinner was when the couple sitting behind us saw our tacos arrive and immediately decided to order the same ones. Smart choice — they were delicious! nnAs someone who has recently been trying to avoid gluten, I also appreciated that the entire menu is gluten-free. We ordered a lot of food but still didn’t leave feeling overly heavy afterwards.nnTo top it all off, street parking nearby was surprisingly easy to find.nnDefinitely a spot I’ll be returning to!
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the meal despite the chilly weather outside. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re looking for delicious tacos, excellent margaritas, and a comfortable place to escape the winter cold, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. We’ll definitely be back!
There were only 2 waitresses last night for a full house but they were able to keep service running well.nnGood mexican is hard to find in Melb in my opinion but this is definitely one of it. Even dishes as simple as corn ribs were full of flavor. The calamari was also great, the char was done well. Highly recommend the fish tacos.nnAlso, great ambiance, so an even better plus!

Every dish was full of flavour, but the chimichurri steak was definitely the highlight of the meal—perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty.nnWe finished with the lemon tart for dessert, and it was the perfect way to end the evening. nnThe atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the staff were lovely, and it’s a big bonus that they’re pet friendly, making it an even better spot to visit.nnWe’ll definitely be back!
Visited Repeat Offender on their 5‑year birthday and honestly, what a night! The place was buzzing - music, laughter, everyone having a great time. it instantly put us in the mood for something special. We started with tacos that were packed with flavour, followed by prawn tostadas & corn ribs that were seriously next level, and a scotch fillet steak cooked perfectly. The wine paired beautifully with every dish and elevated the whole meal.nnTheir cuisine is just so much fun - Latin-inspired with creative twists that make every bite feel exciting. It’s playful, bold, and full of surprises. Between the energy, the incredible food, and the thoughtful drinks, this isn’t just a meal, it’s a proper experience. Already planning our next visit—there’s so much more to try!
