Very poor customer service. The young guy who served me didn't make any effort to be friendly. He didnt smile or said hello, how can I help you. And when I paid, didnt say thank you or goodbye ! Pretty poor!
I was the only customer... 3 people working... zero service... I didn't even need help. Just pay... ended up putting back on shelf and walking out
I had such a great experience today being served by Adam. He went absolutely above and beyond to help me get what i needed - as it wasn't in stock and knowing i needed it that afternoon, he had it sent over within 3 hours. His general demeanour would put so many people at ease, particularly those who aren't up to speed on car details. Thank you Adam and the rest of the team at Osborne Park who all truly excel in customer service.

You know when staff have been around so long that they forget the people the actually are there to serve. The store is neat tidy and almost perfect. But staff know nothing and seem disinterested. Simple car door protection. Didn't even know what it was. Did not offer to find out. Did not even care about what he was doing. kept looking around left then right, at the exit, at everything in fact other than the person been spoken to. Worst branch ever. Not worth a visit

Katy and the team were great, excellent service and product knowledge. They really took the time to explain the Bowdens products and ensure the products were what was required for my car. Rare these days to get customer service that is honest, proffessional and informed in some car places, where you are left to your own to figure out what you need. Will continue coming back here for all my car needs
Very useful if you like playing around fixing your own car or upgrading your own car or somebody else's. They have a wide range of products and if they haven't got it I found the day will get it in from one of the other stores reasonably be quickly. I use their products cos I can fix my own car and fix other people's cars so they give me a decent discount because the amount of service I put through which is nice I recommend them totally..
