sell broken product in the opend box. they said only box is damaged.nbut i found the product was damaged too.ni am really disappointed.nno time to return.ni already installed.
I think the staff here believe customers get the products for free. Absolutely no customer service. I was initially surprised to notice that store was empty when i walk in. But nothing to surprise even with 3 customers in the store they are not interested to provide any customer service.nnSo just walk 10m and went to next door shop. Busy full of customers but even with that they approaching customers when they feel someone searching for something. That's completely opposite to Repco who's not interested to help customers even when we ask for details.
Tried to purchase today. No one at the front counter. Went to the vacant back counter. Older lady employee asked if I needed service. She asked the boys, out of sight,if they would serve me. Male employee emerged saying 'this is not my job ' ' go to the front counter'. I replied ' it is unattended' he walked away.nI left never to return to a Repco.
Really good experience here, employees all particularly helpfull and really knoweadgable. Special shoutout to Chrish, Rory and Mariah my apologies for the spelling, these guys not only helped me select the right product, but also lent me tools and gave me tips with installation. Overall really good experience and outstanding service!
Went their to buy a specific air filter RAF23 Taking the old one with me. Too much attitude and no service from the young guy at trade desk not even wanting to check for the most suitable size. Called customer service to complain and spoke to someone who seemed to be very depressed and didn't want to br there. Disappointed all round
