Had a great experience at Repco Dandenong! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch customer service. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my project. Highly recommend visiting this store for all your automotive needs!
Small store. I placed an order for same-day delivery within 5 km, and paid the premium for the service as I needed the parts to get my ute back on the road, I run my own business.nnI called the store when it didn't arrive. Apart from waiting 15min on the phone. Straight off the bat the guy who answered the phone tried telling me I must have placed my order at Doveton not Dandenong. This is without even hearing the order number or the part I had ordered. He rushed me off the phone and told me it's in transit with Toll, before hanging up on me.nn3 days later it still hadn't been picked up from the store. I live 5.2km away. So I caught an Uber to the store, picked up the parts caught an Uber back home and did the repairs which took an hour to do. I had to wait over 4 days, for something that was promised to me within a few hours delivery.nDue to a lack of communication and shocking customer service Dandenong Repco and the person I spoke to on the phone cost me well over $2,500 in lost revenue for my business.
