For the most part i like the store and they usually have what i need. I took away a rating to factor in that they wouldn't fit my battery and didn't tell me until after i purchased it. Otherwise a great store.
Worst customer service and rip off prices. Found a brake light switch in their website showing in stock for $22. Rang them. Clare took the phone call. I gave the sku number from their website to check the physical stock. She said she got one in her hand and no other stores have it in stock. So I drove 35 minutes to their store to pick up.nnWhen I went to pay for it, the price is $87. Asked her why and she said, the product I asked is not it stock and the one she gave me is the alternative one. Asked her why she said she have it in stock when I rang her for which she said she only had this one in stock. Requested to honour the same price as of website of $22 for which she said take it or leave it.nnFelt soo ripped off and angry. Checked the stock before I drove 35 mins to their store and had to pay 4 times the price I found online. What a joke.
Went to a competitor, told me it would be a 4 hour wait for someone to help me with my break lights. Repco munno para served me Instantly, picked the right light and had me out of there happy within 10 minutes with great service
Had an issue recently with a car I got from a dodgy car yard on main north road near the city. Followed the fault and found it's a parasitic electrical draw making the battery flat after around 3-4hrs. Called up Repco and they suggested a battery quick disconnect until I can fix the issue properly, then they found the last one they had on clearance so I only had to pay $9 after having spent money on a second hand bf xr6. 100% would recommend, they've saved me again and I can get to and from work without having to worry about the battery going flat. 5 stars!!
Red hair chick that served us at parts desk had absolutely no idea what she was doing, had to explain everything too her, also seemed not interested in being there
