Bre was amazing today, she provided all the items neccessary and gave me instructions on how to fix my broken mud guards on my car. She definitely offered me an Outstanding Customer Service Experience, thank you so much Bre, you are awesome. I will be back to this branch of Repco next time I need something for my car.

Nice big clean store, usually has everything in stock
Placed a click and collect order for 5 items at 07:15am on the 24th of April. 4 Items was immediately available, the 5th item would be available in 2-5 days and they will call me. Saturday 29th I go to the store to check on the status. They could not find my order, eventually they found the order, but it had only 4 items on it. I showed them the email confirmation of the order and the paid receipt. After 30 minutes the missing item on the invoice was found on the computer and I was told it would be in store with the other items for collection on Monday 01/05. I show up on Monday at 16:00 and the missing item had not shown up nor could they find proof of order. I went through the same process as Saturday and eventually they found an order. It was ordered from the Halls Head store only on the Wednesday the 26th and they do not know when it would arrive, could be in 2 weeks. I said not good enough I want a full refund. That they could not do because they can only refund what they have in the store and they have no invoice for the missing item. Now I have to wait for the store manager to call me to get an answer. Repco was happy to take all my money but the service after it has been taken has been appalling. It would be interesting to see if I get a call from the manager on the 2nd as promised by the staff. I will give an update. I want to support the local businesses but if this is the level of service then people need to take their business elsewhere.nnUpdate as I said. The store manager called me on the following day and all refunds were done. No apologies offered. Bought all the parts I needed from Auto One in Pinjarra with no hazzle. Guess where I will be shopping in future?!
Happy with fast and efficient service from Taylor. Helped me source the part I needed, very well priced too.
