I went in on the 20/2/25 to buy spark plugs 35 minutes before closing, the new guy was nice but couldn’t find them so asked someone 5 minutes before closing, they look for a few minutes and day go to another shop tommrow just coz they to lazy to look.nnBut I guess me getting to work doesn’t matter to them, bloody appalling.
Fairly busy on a Saturday afternoon with a 25% off on spare parts. Wait on parts if in the warehouse is about 10-15 minutes. Adding my car to the garage on their website didn't give me the correct part the first time due to manufacturer variations. Read the description below part carefully. Exchange was no issue. Staff were very helpful.

Kirsten was amazing to deal with. I purchased fuel pump 5pm by phone and Kirsten said we are just closing so she volunteered to delivered the part to my son on the way home. Purchased fuel filter for my vehiclenA little slow with service. However, they were busy.nWas quoted 1 price at the spare parts counter. However, part scanned at a higher price.nThe sale's person refused to honour the lower price that I had been given.nI was in too much of a rush to argue the matter, but I will bear it in mind next
