Called in to my local Repco store to pick up some fuel hose for my partners bike. Only needed 100mm had to buy 1m, ok.nHowever they charged me $37 for the metre that they had already cut off the roll for me. Should have told me first. When I queried the price he told me yeah fuel hose is expensive.nnA day later I find that the typical price anywhere else is ~$10/mnRepco where the prices are marked up 400%nThey won't ever see me again!
Went early to grab some seat covers before an appointment, waited 10 minutes at the front desk after ringing the bell a few times. A guy came in the store after me and got served straight away at the back parts area. Walked down to ask to pay for my covers there covers and was told to go to the front desk.nMaybe man the desk then or have a better alert system to someone waiting!nTook way longer than necessary!
Walked into the store today, and was served by a gentleman by the name of Clay, Very impressed with a high-level of customer service.nWhat made Clay stand out was that he was willing to walk around the store to make sure the items that I was looking for were available.nKlay Really appreciate you going over and above to help out with this airline connection that I was desperate to find.nI hope your manager gets to read this because you offer good old fashion Outstanding customer service well done.nReturning customer because of KlaynAlways offering outstanding customer service
Great new Repco store. Well lit, spacious with friendly and efficient service. Did a click and collect today but will have to go back and have a proper look around.nnLocated inside the old Masters store.
Was served by the guy with one arm in a sling who had no idea what he was talking about. Went to the front with my parts to be served and had to wait another 5 minutes as no one was there to serve. Lucky I waited as I could of easily walked out the door and not paid
