Utterly disgusting service from the front counter staff and so called ‘manager’! You really need to get your attitudes checked because we had nothing but a terrible experience here and want to make it known to everyone how much of a trash hole this place is. We would like to warn everyone about how we were treated and that nobody should ever be faced with what we did. I think all your staff need to go on a customer service training course as they clearly don’t know anything about customer satisfaction and retention.
I just want to personally thank Bryce at Repco for his caring and professional service. Bryce helped my husband, who has just had an hernia operation, with some technical issues with his mobile phone cradle. Bryce was patient, courteous and obliging above and beyond what you would expect. It made my husband's day brighter and for this we both want to say thank you and well done to the Repco store at Booval.
I don't know how many customers this store loses by under staffing on the weekend. I have just walked out after standard at the service desk for 20 mins and this is not the first time I have walked out of this store. Not good enough
Ben was amazing helped me identify what was wrong with my head unit five minutes back at home with his instructions and I'm back listening to music after six months of silence.nMy children and I are so grateful for the tip to solve our problem.nMany many thanks Ben.nFrom the pink mirage lady.
