This place has become the absolute worst. Staff always rude, talking out back and not attending people waiting , don't return calls etc i felt sorry for the lady someone spoke rudely to in front of customers. Needs new management or they'll keep losing loyal customers like they already have.such ashame because it use to be a great store. Only 1 or 2 are nice enough. If it was my store I'd start replacing people. If you don't want to do the job you signed up for, get lost.
I entered your shop to simply grab some help form one of your employees, I’m not too knowledgeable on cars, but I have had a lot of car troubles and would of thought the staff would have helped me find the right coolant for me car. May be a silly question, but I was clueless.nnI approached one of the staff members at the “help” desk or whatever it is at the back, and asked an older staff member, a lady with very short hair blonde. I said that I needed help finding the right coolant, the smirk on her face already set me off because she made me look stupid. I said I need red coolant, mind you I wasn’t sure if there were different types or anything. “Well there you go” and scuffed me off. I felt so stupid, and I am still holding a grudge over this because I thought she would be helpful, and not embarrass me.nnThe other staff member noticed the situation, and that she was rude to me. He showed me where the coolant was, and guided me through the different types, so thank you to whoever you were.nnBut that lady, really needs an attitude check.
Huge shout out to Anthony for exceptional customer servicenSourced part required 1left in Australia from Western Australia, rang store to confirm actual stock & proceeded to arrange transport 9 days road freight from WA to store at Booval QldnReceived a msg upon arrival into store advising my part had arrivednHe went over & above to assist me ,you are a credit to not only yourself but also Repco as a wholenJob well done & very much appreciatednCheers Dean M
Utterly disgusting service from the front counter staff and so called ‘manager’! You really need to get your attitudes checked because we had nothing but a terrible experience here and want to make it known to everyone how much of a trash hole this place is. We would like to warn everyone about how we were treated and that nobody should ever be faced with what we did. I think all your staff need to go on a customer service training course as they clearly don’t know anything about customer satisfaction and retention.
A big thank you to Bee at Repco Booval. Outstanding service, going above and beyond expectations. Obviously a valued member of the team and I hope is appreciated as such.
