I have just experienced something quite extraordinary at Repco Bankstown that I believe EVERYONE should be aware off to AVOID ANY BUSINESS with them.nHere my legally valid reason:nI came in Repco Bankstown on Friday to buy a yellow spray can. A man looking like a manager/supervisor told another worker Mediterranean looking to bring over such can. I paid the $29.60 in cash.nI then asked another man there to tape the receipt on the can across the lid as proof if the can WILL be tempered with.nI went home and my friend told me that it is the wrong type of can so today I brought the can back to ask if I get a credit note ?nThat same Mediterranean looking man took the can, opened it and said “You have used it” !!!!. I was astonished !!!!!!!nOn the way out I went past the warehouse door and saw the same man who said he was the manager. I told him my story.nI suggested to the man to get some other cans to see and prove if they can has been open to protest my innocent. The can was rolling back and forth on the passenger side carpet for …. 3 days.nHe went into the store took out three other cans, opened them and told me that no stains on them: telling me I lied.nThat was an accusation and it hurt: NOT once but TWICE. No one there knew to say “I think you opened the can” rather than accusing costumer blatantly “You opened the can”. I didn’t bother explaining logic to non-logical people as they wouldn’t know.nnI was accused of a guilty verdict straight away without questions asked.nIf that’s the way Repco make money than good luck to them in the future.nI could not prove that I did not open the can but in fact I could not because both my Right hand and Right leg are totally NON-FUNCTIONAL: I am a chronic Right sided hemiperasis after 2 strokes.nnThey did not asked me if I open the can or not. They accused me straight away.nnI said to the men to give the can to the salesman for a Christmas present and NO questions asked. He just gladly excepted it.nnI will never ever buy a Repco product again simply because you cannot return if you do not use it: I gave them $30 present and walked straight out. Again NO questions !!!nnI speak the truth, nothing but the truth AND I am prepared to write a Stat Dec to justify the veracity of my statement.nPathetic Repco Bankstown ripping people off blatantly. Don’t go there PLEASE ….

Pathetic Service, didn't get what I ordered, tried to return but they won't accept return due to a technical issue, don't recommend Repco Bankstown, all boof heads run this joint. They rip you off and don't care!

We bought it  Pioneer  amplifier-4ch 520w part number GMA4704    08/06/24  13:14pm   at Repco BankstownnnAfter one hour we find problem from new pioneer ampnpower is not turned on.nI tried using a different 12-volt battery, but it still didn't turn on.nI asked for an exchange or refund, but they said I could only apply for a warranty from Pioneer.nnAccording to the regulations, if it is a manufacturer's warranty, I could not see it explained or displayed at the store when purchasing the product.nnEven though they explained from 2:28pm to 3:05pm  that there was a problem with the product, they said they would send the product to Pioneer and fix it if there was a problem.nnTheir attitude towards customers was very unpleasant and they had absolutely no intention of helping us.nThe staff was very rude and looks like doesnt like to work there.

Sussma the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful guiding me on how to change my battery. Thank you for helping me get my car back on the road!
