Darryl and Jodie were amazing! Ultimate Automotive was the 2nd stop in 2 days due to a fuel problem with our campervan. Darryl was straight on to it, going above and beyond to diagnose our problem. As soon as he found it he fixed it and our van is running as smooth as ever! Not only are they great mechanics, they're also lovely people. They allowed us to camp over night in their yard and even gave us vouchers for free coffee in the morning! You'll never see service like it anywhere else! Thanks for allowing us to continue our journey with peace of mind! - Dylan and Jess!!

We gave Ultimate a call after some misfire issues on the highway. They went out of their way to make space for us in their schedule that same day, already unusual for mechanics. They stayed in contact with us all day and when all was said and done they only charged us for an hour of work. They were amazing all in all. Highly recommended.

Owner is very Proud of his work to a fault. If a bad review is left before consulting him after the work is fixed he will call you and ask what is going on. Mine was not pleasant and it can get silly heated (on both sides) though cool heads can prevail. Work is Guaranteed  as they are a Repco Dealer and they said I should have used the Guarantee, as I believe they left the Petrol tank inspection lid loose. This left me north of Maryborough with a car leaking Fuel at night. Fix was quick, I tighten it up as I needed the car that day.
 I leave this now year + Job being done, as they said my email was used for them to contact me about the Car at that time nothing else. Now their Corporate side sent me Spam. So 4 star for good job; -1 for the weird communication on the day; -1 for leaving me stranded and thinking I need a tow; and -1 for the Spam = 1 star

Not for backpackers. Another kind of shop which will take advantage of you. Charged 80$ for a test drive that was useless since he did not test what I wanted to show. Advised to change one bearing but certainly did not: the part that was supposed to be removed was definitely not a landcruiser one. 
Took me a bit of time to write the comment since I wanted to be sure of it. Would not recommand, especially with the spam for recommendation they asked.
