I have been renting since 2020 through Rentmart and the girls have been nothing but great to deal with. They always have well over required notice for inspections and negotiated rent increases. If I didn’t have to leave due to emergency circumstances, I would have happily stayed with Rentmart. They really are the best in business. It was a smooth exit and they gave me the weekend to rectify anything that needed fixing as I work week days.  Thank you ladies for all you have done to ensure our rental was home for the past almost 3 years. I hope my next realestate runs business like you guys do.

I have been renting a property through Rentmart Beenleigh since 2018. It was my first rental property in QLD after renting in Victoria previously. The staff at Rentmart have been brilliant. During my tenancy I have had some health issues including cancer & mental health concerns. The staff have always been kind & helpful when I have contacted them. All maintenance issues are attended to quickly once the owner has approved them. For emergency maintenance the appropriate crews have been sent to the property very quickly & the issues rectified. In uncertain rental times it has been a blessing to deal with a company that is professional & caring. Thank you Rentmart.

I have found the team at Rentmart to be excellent. Easy to talk to, understanding and extremely helpful in all situations. I feel fortunate to be renting through Rentmart after reading so many horror stories regarding other real estates! I highly recommend this business

I honestly cannot fault this real estate. I have only dealt with Sharni & Liz so far, but I have always felt heard and all enquiries are answered in such a professional & friendly manner.  Our repairs have been dealt with in an extremely fast manner, and we are never left in the dark about anything. They are always giving updates without prompt or even when prompted.  Liz has always been extremely easy to deal with & is willing to give feedback on enquiries & situations we have had.  Sharni is also pleasant to deal with & is super fast with responses.  I will 100% rent through these guys & if I ever own a rental - I’d rent my property through RentMart Beenleigh!

The ladies at Rentmart are always so friendly, helpful and very fast and efficient. I have been in my rental for just over 1 year now and a few minor things needed to be looked at and they had this done asap. Thanks ladies

Absolutely appalling people to rent through, Not only did i notify them my payments were cut and i would be two days late in paying i then get a breach even though rent was paid before the two days. to being told my lease would not be renewed i could not find another home with three children and was left homeless to then being blacklisted before of DV is utterly disgusting.

I have been a tenant with rentmart for nelly 10 years now and I have had no problem with them. The staff are great if any problems they tried there best to help u where they could. When it came to house inspections they would always say hi and have a quick chat which was nice of them to do I carnt fault the staff
