These guys couldn’t have been more accomodating!! On arrival we discovered our dates for needing the vehicle had changed and we needed to make alterations on our booking. It was so refreshing for a business to want to help and actually went above and beyond helping us to get the car we needed for the right time!! Could not recommend RAD car rental highly enough
Had a great experience with RaD car hire Napier Airport. Hired a Kia Sportage for a few days mid October. Great price, great car, very clean. Awesome customer service even in the midst of a chaotic mass flight cancellation at the airport due to weather and quick and easy collection and drop off. Won't hire with anyone else when I am next in Napier. Thanks team for a RaD experience!

I booked an 8 seater car that the site said was available only to get rung up and offered a 10 seater instead, but not at the same price. Not impressed, what a waste of time.
Such a lovely team to rent from. New visitors to the region & we were given so much useful information on where to go/places to visit etc. Youre an asset to your city & the car was perfect for us - well done :-

We hired two cars for us and our daughter and her family from Napier airport. The staff were so helpful and courteous - customer service par excellence. The cars were just what we needed and the requested booster and baby seats were all fitted and ready for us to drive away. All in all a first class service. Do not look anywhere else for your rental car needs.
Friendly and quick service. Reliable car. When I returned the car, I hadn't found a petrol station near the airport, and he said not to worry, he'd do that for me and just charge my card. He also drove us to the entrance of the airport to assist my elderly mum who has difficulty walking. I very much appreciated the help.
By far the best rental company we have worked with. We went on a Vacation a few months ago and got screwed over by another car rental company, but these guys came to the rescue. Excellent cars they are the only ones with a Manual Incredible value, and I mean incredible. A THIRD of the price of everyone else The Staff were FANTASTIC, very friendly and cheered us up. And when returning the car it was incredibly smooth. I look forward to the next time we head to the Hawkes Bay, so we can go through them again.
What a great experience renting a car through Rad Car Hire Napier. Good old customer service, lovely people, spotless car and great rates. Keep up the good work guys, if we ever sail back through Napier we'll book again.
