Seamless Rental Experience. I commenced a tenancy agreement during Covid restrictions with Rendina as the managing agent. The rental team made the process seamless; from real time video walkthrough to inspect the property, going above and beyond to make the move in process easy advice on service connections, keys, access, pragmatic responses to balance both the tenant and landlord’s best interests, prompt response to property repairs and same day final inspection on the day I vacated the property. Kellie, Alisha and Tenille were all terrific and made renting experience stress free.

Easily the best agency I’ve ever rented through! I rented through Rendina for around 2 and a half years. Tena was our property manager and she was so easy to communicate with and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. Her communication was prompt and service was excellent throughout our entire lease. Can’t recommend them highly enough and thank you Tena for being an excellent property manager for us!
