Highly recommend you DON'T sign a contract with the Melbourne depot. I must admit, the drivers are absolutely fantastic. They would be much better in customer service roles than the office staff at this place. I've been dealing with them for 8 months now and the Inconsistency is appalling. They have no idea what they are doing and don't even understand their own contracts. In particular, if you ever need to deal with someone called Claire Pucovski, good luck making sense of what your being told. Dont tell them they are incorrect, or provide them with their own contract terms as evidence, because you will just get ignored. Surely they can find staff who actually know what they are doing or provide their current ones with some basic, entry level training. They might be a bit more affordable than their competitors, its obviously because they are cutting costs in HR.
Horrible company,nAs a restaurant owner i was so disappointed after realised how much they charge for the empty bins collection. Weight charges for the empty bin and still not accepting their mistake. Please do not sign 24 month contract with this horrible company

Amazing service. My shop had an urgent issue, had never dealt with this company before and they went over and above to help me out to get my pitts cleaned asap!!! Top service, extremely fair pricing. Will continue to use this company yearly from now on.
I called to book a grease trap cleaning and was told one price. Then they overcharged me on the invoice. Tried to resolve it with customer service but they said they didn't know who booked the service for me and that I had to have the quote in writing.nAfter using your services for 3 years, that's not I was expecting.
