Purchased a pool cover 5.5 years ago with a manual winder. Worked well until winder broke just out of 5 years warranty. No problem, ring to get a replacement. Advised they have a different design so I purchase a new one. Design flaws make it unusable. No other options I was advised. So now the $4000 cover is no use. Extremely disappointed. I would not use this company again even though I was referred by a school friend of the owner from Carey Grammar.

Great covers, but more to the point extremely safe and reliable. Thought about going cheap, but it is just not worth it. Thanks.

Do not purchase from this business. Our pool cover was not finished properly and consequently ripped, and then Remco charged an exorbitant price to repair it. Go for another brand.
