I have been taking my multitudes of domestic and farm animals to Geoff Woodhouse and his team of superb vets for the past 18 years and I couldn't find anyone better. Their level of care and professionalism is one of the best I have ever come across. Thank you so much guys.

Still my favourite vet in Queenstown, and my only vet. Next year will be 10 years, for us, bringing our treasured animals to be cared for by the Remarkables Veterinary centre . When I first came to Queenstown I was really concerned to find a Dr for our family,  and a Veterinary practice for our animals.  When i first met Geoff Woodhouse  in the Queenstown practice, I found Him to be very knowledgeable, and after talking to him He put my mind and my heart at rest and I felt peaceful that Remarkabkes Veterinary Practice would be a safe place for my animals... for the wonderful care they have shown my animals over the years, and the amazing and sometimes difficult job they do as vets I want to say Thank-you from the bottom of my heart  you wonderful Vets and nurses and staff, and Geoff Congratulations On the expansion of your practice .  and to my Vet  well my animals vet  ....  Nikki Viggers ! you've become more than a Vet To me after nearly 10 years, you've become a friend .  You have  clearly many times laid out two paths for me to consider, in the treatment and diagnosis of sickness in my animals , and left the decision to me  To decide ,whichever I felt was the right course for treatment for  my animals,  there has never been any pressure put on me to go one way or the other , so with your expertise, and I know you would say Patricia im not an expert because you are very humble in the gift you have as a Vet, but I have never   regretted any decision I have had to make and I have felt truly supported all the way by you.  You have always shown me the bigger picture which has given me the confidence to go forward with treatment which  has helped me to sometimes make those hard decisions that every animal owner dreads...and in your own special way , you have showed me continually how much you care... By your reassurance And positive affirmation Of my decision....  Thank you for supporting me .  Thank you Nikki. You deserve our appreciation.  with a winning team like yours Jeff only GOOD things can come your way.....when we bring our loved and treasured cats or dogs, members of our family and place them in your hands your care surrendering them to your knowledge and skill,  your nurses and team,its because they are part of our family and we don't want those who can't talk to suffer, yet by the time we leave your examination room We have a box or two of medicines, that help to ease the condition, and relieve them of pain.  I believe being a Vet is a trusted position , a Reputable position ,  one that is so needed.  Trust these days is a very important commodity, and compassion, to animals,   in our Community is a must.  We need all sorts of leaders in our Community And those who lead the way with integrity in the care of all animals?  are no less vital leaders in our community. Saw the farm animals as I drove past. Nice collection of animals including an Alpaca. Great fun getting a bag of food to feed the animals

The team were amazing when we had to take our dog in after she was attacked by another dog. Saw us extremely quickly and got everything sorted for a very reasonable price.

Just amazing, they care for your pet like you do. My cat seems to enjoy the cattery and settled back into home quite easily after a stay there. Does come back a bit skinner but he needs to as they fed him what he should get fed a day! They are friendy and very attentive towards your pet. The new Frankton clinic is lovely too.

I can't speak highly enough of the care we got when we had to have our beautiful dog put to sleep. Geoff and his nurse were absolutely wonderful. So caring and compassionate.  It was a very peaceful end and we so appreciate all they did.

We had hired ebikes from Arrowtown and along the journey came across a cow on her side trying to give birth but having a challenge.  We contacted Remarkable Vets who were right in to it with the farmer.  Great work

Took such good care of my cat when he attacked and had to have some operations. All employees were really kind and personable and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Highly recommend

Let me say that the team is usually very nice and %100 there for the community. Especially the VET Geoff. However, one staff member is extremely rude and gets away with it all the time. If you turn up in the morning and you are there 2 min before opening you will receive a lecture of why she won't be starting work until 8:30am. Mind you another staff member can be serving a customer right next to her. Enough is enough... Very poor customer service skills.

We were greeted by a very rude woman who insisted that I enrol one of our dogs in her training programme,  despite her not being accepted she stayed for three hoursI still had to pay for a full day of care and told that she was too anxious, yet when I picked  the wee girl up they had clipped her lead on wrong and the metal wire was digging into her neck
