Responsive, reliable, efficient, fairly priced. Tony was a pleasure to deal with. He even took the time to wash mud from my front verandah that inevitably resulted from carting the old system out. An unexpected, but very welcome bonus to a seamless process. Install within hours of making my first call.
Really happy with the service from Reliable Hot Water, Tony seemed quite honest, friendly, professional & efficient! He advised me the initial set up of my pipes/rods were incorrect & he had to change it around for me to get proper hot water. I was scared this was going to cost a fortune but he looked after me. He even left a rod that corroded for me to show my Dad just in case he wanted to see it as my Dad had recommended him from years ago! Thanks Tony
Tony was great. He looks after his customers, charges fairly and gives solid advice. He has a lot of experience, and solved a problem for me within seconds which stumped other plumbers who charged me lots of money on false solutions!. Can’t go wrong with this guy.
I would highly recommend Reliable Hot Water RHW. They provide a free call number 24/7 access with no call out fee. Usually you have to pay for a national call to access the service and before they've even seen the job they've already charged you over $100 if you're lucky. RHW only charge for the parts and labour they provide - where can you get this nowadays? Their customer service is fantastic and empathetic particularly if you are facing an emergency issue. They are so reliable in terms of attending your job and they are efficient and professional when conducting the works. It's so rare to find this kind of service these days with genuine care and professional workmanship. Highly recommend them.
