New to cycling - staff member was super helpful explaining the differences and benefits between bikes and made great recommendations. Unfortunately there was a limited selection instore, but the alternative to purchase online is available, and the staff were well informed to further advise restocking & delivery times.
Good collection of cycle for people of all age in reasonable price. helpful staff. I brought Ried ladies cycle from here just a week ago. Till now I am happy with it. The cycle was on summer sale. I think the helmets are a bit pricey and have only two typez in different color. Would be good to see more options.
I needed some very minor adjustments to my bike, as I had a fall over the weekend. The guys were fantastic, in that they fixed up my bike in no time, but also asked if I was ok. I was so pleased, thanks so much. Highly recommend the staff at Reid for great service and genuine advice.

Good quality bikes at very affordable prices. Looking for my first road bike I was able to get something much more competitively priced with similar or better components than at the big brand bike stores. Service was helpful and I appreciated being able to take a test ride when I was trying different models.
I'm so please with the bicycle I purchased for my daughter at Reid Cycles! Robbie and Salim were super friendly and helpful in assisting me select the ideal bike for her. Thanks guys!!
