Our community-focused service is coming up to its first year at the office accommodation provided by Regus on Level 5, 11 Queens Road (11Q) in Melbourne. We have found Regus to be efficient and understanding of the needs of our small operation. The reception services and office assistance provided on Level 5 are of a high calibre and always ready to help with a 'whatever it takes' attitude. Our office accommodation is fit-to-purpose and enables us to provide a much needed service to a large customer base. If you haven't been to Level 5 at 11Q, come and have a look for yourself - you'll be pleasantly surprised by this pocket of brilliance in office accommodation.

Has been almost 2 years since we are here. We are very satisfied on every aspect: Good location, handy public transport, variety of cafes & restaurants, parks and many more. What we loved the most is the customer service from the center management team leads by Shimalee. The service is simply impeccable & professional! Highly recommended for any small businesses.

Very nice offices and shared office space. Shimalee in particular is great, very thorough in explaining things around and very helpful. If you are looking for office space, shared or dedicated certainly happy to recommend. By the way I am a business world subscriber myself.

Poor Customer Service!!! Poor Customer Service!!! Poor Customer Service!!! People who sound and act like robots answer your phone calls and they have no idea if you ask a question. C'mon Regus! Pay more to your employees and hire trained and qualified people! Not Idiots!! There are many who are planning to vacate their existing offices due to poor service levels. DO NOT EVER RENT AN OFFICE SPACE THROUGH REGUS!

Our company has been with Regus for a few years now and have found the staff here have been very efficient, friendly and they have endeavored to solve any problems very quickly no matter how big or small they may be. I'd definitely recommend contacting them if you are looking for serviced office space!
