Located in the Upper North Shore suburb of Wahroonga, Reel on Redleaf is a local Modern Australian bistro style restaurant.

Story

The Reel story began in Roseville back in 2002 under the ownership of Amanda & Todd Clarke. After nearly 9 successful years, they moved to the leafy Wahroonga Village in November, 2010 and re-opened as Reel on Redleaf.

Accommodating Parisian style outside seating and an inside dining experience which is chic yet casual, Reel on Redleaf caters to intimate gatherings or larger parties. It is the perfect destination for all occasions – birthdays, small functions, family gatherings, business meetings, special occasions or just a quick bite with friends.

The menu showcases fresh local produce with a focus on quality food at a reasonable price. Best dishes include Tempura Style Prawns, Beef Eye Fillet and Barramundi.

Combined with friendly, efficient and professional service, the team hope to make your next dining experience a memorable one.

This place has a relaxed feel, and it's exactly what we need at the end of a busy day. The food is modern Australian and reasonable portions. The desserts are great. A little gem in a suburb. Easy to park. Good service.
Fantastic lunch spot, which I would consider a local gem. Food was beautifully presented, and they have a $35 lunch special for a main and dessert. I had the scotch fillet which was cooked to perfections. I was part of a group of 7, and they did a great job of timing the dishes so they all came out fairly close to each other.
The food was great. The menu was limited, but this is not a negative. There is something for everyone. The specials during the week make it even better value.

They tried to be 'gourmet' by having fancy food. I would give the food 5/10. They could stick to stock standard stuff. Service was poor because there was only one waiting staff.

Well prepared and presented meals. Menu on Wednesday night was straight forward with its selection: not extensive options but good ones.
