Wanted to laugh when I saw the last post about how the last ladies experience was in terms of being greeted, as mine was the opposite today. Walked in, no one in store or desk. However, I could see several men in the back office having a chat. I proceeded to leave, which prompted a look my way, but obviously, this was not a trigger to actually greet me and offer any service. Lost a customer and sales today Reece Geebung.
Once Upon A Time a lady wandered into Reece Plumbing Geebung; unsure how she may be 'treated' in what has customarily been a mans domain. Enters the front showroom and immediately greeted and the lady done a polite welcome, as she was already with people mind you she also said to those people , please excuse me for a moment. This lady double checked if needing showroom or plumbing:- plumbing go straight through.nnWalked through and there was a lady in a window off, and two gents at the counter. Wade gave a warm welcome, listened to the inquiry, repeated what was said and gave his full attention to the showing items, explaining how they worked and why they would suit the needs for this plumbing inquiry.nWade took the time to double check with the lady, Katie, in the office who was very kind to pause her zoom /call meeting to help.nnThere were some more information needed and again on return with this additional information Wade was welcoming even his colleague gave a warm professional courteous welcome professional, remembered the original inquiry. The team follow up was fantastic. In all honesty, as a lady in a mans land I did not feel out of place or out of my depth.nnWould I recommend Reece Plumbing Geebung, for anyone needing plumbing items. I certainly would recommend for any lady! it is only 2min/ 1.4km from the lifeline on Sandgate road.
Sally and I had an amazing experience with Rosemarie when we went in to purchase a kitchen sink. Rosemarie was busy with a customer and we could not see what we wanted in the units on display and started to walk out. Rosemarie excused herself from the customer she was serving and told us she had a catalogue full of sinks for us to choose from. I was a real pleasure to find an employee who really took their job seriously and acted in the best interest of the company. We found what we needed and walk away from the store feeling very happy. Great service.
Outstanding after sales support provided. We moved into a new house which had a faulty shower head. Rosemarie was very helpful with arranging replacement, even though it was not our build. Worth it for the ongoing support and accountability.
Well, my comment is that I could not be happier with the level of service from the two ladies at the front counter. They were extremely polite, friendly and could not have been more accomodating to myself and my wife, who incidentally, experienced the same high quality of service when she visited the store a couple of weeks after.nSo, I have no hesitation in recommending Reece at Geebung to any potential customer. Well done folks.
