Worst customer service I have ever experienced, the lady's were rood and have no idea
Had a look at a toilet and were given the incorrect advice regarding its installation specifications. Ended up working it out with our plumber and purchasing the toilet. The staff seemed to have some difficulty processing our simple purchase over the phone. They required a deposit and would not allow purchase upon pickup. Initially I felt the staff in the showroom helpful but when it turned out the information we were given was incorrect it appears they aren't as knowledgeable as they make out.
We're visitors to town and needed to buy a small connector for our van. The staff could not have been more helpful in finding the correct piece and even gave it to us complementary.
Really great customer service from these guys. Very helpful with my laundry project.
