Purchased new taps for our unit and Kathie in the showroom was only too happy to guide us with her great advice and knowledge.nAll in all a great experience with a great showroom showing all the latest in bath/ shower/toilet ware.nCould not fault Reece and could recommend higher if I could.nFirst class.
Bad, bad, bad, bad, once for each time they got the order wrong. I have ordered gutters, downpipes, associated brackets and a barge flashing. Reece called after one week to reconfirm order.nFirst delivery - no downpipes, no brackets, wrong flashing profiles. Called and reconfirmed order.nSecond delivery - only half the brackets wrong flashing profile again. Called and reconfirmed order.nThird delivery- the other half of the brackets but different than the first half, and the flashing again, wrong profile again. Called in and reconfirmed order.nFourth delivery - no correction on the brackets and the flashings again, in the wrong profile again, and the wrong colour now.nFor clarity it is a standard Colorbond 3 fold Stramit barge flashing in a Basalt colour.
For all the drama i had with leaky stop tap teflon tape dramas and not centering properly etc etc..they sold me a brilliant stop tap with a nice fat rubber washer in it ...thanks for making my day ...no more bunnings to save $3.00 well worth the trip and advice from staff.....
The fantastic service I get from Ben Colenso day in and day out is worth 5 stars alone! Nothing is ever too much trouble and he goes above and beyond to help with any questions I have or with any parts I'm after, I know if I have a difficult problem ben always has a solution, when ever others have said no we can't ben has always said yes we can!nBen colenso you are an absolute credit to the reece network and they should be very grateful to have you as a part of their team!
Even as a trady I find Reece's plumbing very, very expensive, probably better to find a smaller company that deals with plumbing parts that you need.nshop around and you will save around 40% to 60% of your costing as that is how much more Reece's Plumbing would be.nstaff are pretty good, helpful and polite, but with them prices they should be too.nnThe secret to plumbing shops for showers, baths, sinks etc etc is shop around, there is no difference to the products Reeces sell compared to any other Plumbing supplier.
