First of all, the wrong hairdresser started cutting my hair dry after confirming that I wanted a trim. 5 minutes into the haircut, the client who had actually booker her appeared and the hairdresser realised she was cutting the wrong person’s hair. When she realised her client was waiting, she started cutting my hair even faster and the whole thing was finished in 14 minutes. There was zero chance of me getting a decent haircut during this ordeal but I guess it serves me right for going somewhere cheap!Service: Hairstyling
Another great, friendly and professional job by Ruby as always with my colour and cut. Unfortunately may have lost my expensive hearing aids while in the salon on 25/7. I had a poor experience here. The woman who cut my hair had terrible communication skills, her first language was not English and I felt she did not understand me. I'd asked for a trim, I have really fine hair and it's taken me years to grow it past my collar bones. I have my hair cut regularly and it is in healthy condition. The trim she gave me cut far too much off. From the back and the sides and front. She cut too far in around my face and I had to ask her to stop, now the hair framing my face is lopsided. I had this cut a week ago and I am still very upset with the outcome. I wish I had never gone.Service: Hairstyling

I decided to treat myself over the Easter holiday to a cut, colour, and some hair products. So on Sunday 21/04/19 at 1pm I saw Chrissy at Redz Innaloo for a cut and colour. Honestly, I wish I never would of went to Redz to get my hair coloured. I showed Chrissy what I wanted done with a reference picture, so that there was no confusion. I warned Chrissy that I had boxed coloured my hair in December and that it accidentally turned black. I was fine with not getting exactly what I wanted, however I got the complete opposite. I wanted dark brown hair with ash blonde highlights, what I got was blotchy blonde, copper, and brown hair. I was at a loss of words. It looked horrible. I even mentioned to Chrissy that I hate blonde hair and only like highlights and all she kept saying was how much blonde looked good on me. She completely didn’t listen to my opinion about my own hair nor what I wanted to achieve. I told Chrissy I work in a cafe, which I assumed she knew I had to look professional. I’m so upset with my hair and want a refund. I don’t want a coupon or for Redz to fix it because honestly I don’t want my hair to look worse or become damaged. I paid $366 for my hair and some products. If Chrissy could not achieve what I wanted or close to it; I wish she would of warned me prior. Now I have to pay another hairstylist $350 to fix what Chrissy did to my hair. I have attached photos of what I received. I have also posted on Facebook reviews.
Beautiful hair cut for my daughter. Ruby and our daughter bonded over Harry Potter. She had wonderful techniques for getting kids to sit still and enjoy their hair cut.Service: Hairstyling
Ruby is fantastic - makes the whole experience extremely enjoyable and loves to get to know her clients! I can now call Ruby not just a hairdresser but a good friend - would recommend to anyone needing a new hairdresser!
