A great Entertainment Centre & wonderful staff.nThe only disappointment is the small amount of Disability Parking which is very hard when you want to attend shows.nThere is a very good Bar  but no actual restaurant.nApart from that the Theatre is beautiful & very large.nThere are lifts to certain areas.nThey have rebuilt a lot of the areas & it is very attractive.

Unfortunately didn't think to take pics as I was immediately impressed by the whole experience & shows that are coming. Could buy drinks  on arrival & if needed you could proceed to the show with a drink in hand ,which was a nice touch  First time there for me but will definitely be back for sure .ABSOLUTELY LOVED the venue & the show i attended on my own.nThe staff were also extremely helpful. The presentation overall was very excellent.  %

Terrible service by the ushers.  We had disabled seats booked and my special needs client twisted her ankle walking into the show and needed to be seated quickly. Staff were rude, intimidating and unhelpful.

It’s a nice and cozy performance centre. I have enjoyed an amazing guitar concert, ballet and Agro show so far and they were all great. Keep an eye on what’s on here  Also, it’s a plus because it’s in very short walking distance to the dining precinct in Cleveland. Recently the forecourt has been renewed.

Went to the H2L concert and it was awesome... lightingnwas spot on, sound was spot on and everyone who performed did wonderdul...nThe band was spectacular and i was amazed how many band members fitted in the pit.. overall an awesome experience from the time you walked in the doors to the time you left, staff were helpful and polite, will def go to see more of H2L performances at the venue
