Doctors are great. Staff are wonderful. Bulk billing medical centre. Very convenient and easy to book in. Nurses are champs. One of the best medical centres in Sydney. Location just few minutes walk from the Redfern train station.

In the last 30 years I haven’t meet a more knowledgeable, professional and welcoming Doctor, Dr Santos has always made me feel assured about any enquire I have had health wise, a doctor that provides you so much Options and so much detail. I travel over 40km to see Dr Santos and would go further just to have the piece of mind about health issues that he provides in all fields I have asked. Great Job , keep doing what your doing, the world needs more People like you
Best service from the Reception , also Dr Kim . I just had an appointment at My Health Central Park and it was the worse telehealth ever . So I had to book another at Redfern Medical Centre , Call is on Time DR Kim was very nice and friendly so is the Reception .
OMG I went there on Tuesday 14th Feb for asking to do blood tests, but hang on!!!! I did pay everything from the beginning pay for see doctor and also pay for blood tests it almost $300. Today Friday 17th no body call me for give back for results and I have to call to them, I ask for my results and THEY ASKED ME TO PAY FOR GET MY RESULTS of my blood again!!! What the heck, I have been many medical center before, I never ever pay more for get any of my results. This place it they are so professional change money and poor services. 0 points recommended to anyone. I shouldn’t choose this place to go feel so bad with experience in my life.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Michael Kim. He didn't believed in the pain I was referring and just wanted to send me out, I had to insist to get a referral to see a hand specialist. After further diagnostic from the specialist I ended up being diagnosed with carpal tunnel and tendonitis in both hands/wrist. This kind of medical gaslighting is disrespectful and doesn't make you have any trust in that kind of GP .
I have been a patient of Redfern Station Medical Centre since inception and have always found the doctors, nurses and staff to be courteous, caring and helpful. I continue to return to this centre due to the convenience and rapport I have built with my doctor and staff members. My ongoing doctor was recommended by the Practice Manager, Steven. Steven recommended this doctor, due to my various health issues and with the goal of building a long-term relationship with this doctor - thank you Steven. When my regular doctor is unavailable, staff members do their best to ensure I see ‘my doctor’ as a priority. Otherwise, I have been confident in receiving professional services from the other doctors. Steven and the reception staff have always gone above and beyond in caring for me and my family in ensuring that our needs have been met. My elderly grandfather used to attend this centre, Steven would take personal care of him to ensure he was comfortable and understood what services the doctor would be providing him. I would highly recommend this centre for the services that they have provided me and my family.
Douglass Hanly Moir pathology downstairs is a JOKE! My pregnant wife booked an 830am appointment for fasting glucose test and had to wait in line for over an hour because they do not have a wait/appointment system and appeared to book about ten people in for the same time slot. We complained to the lone man working because by this stage my wife was feeling faint “oh well what can you do” after seeing about five people without an appointment first. So if you want to be seen and actually attended too for your appointment time - go to one for the many other Douglass Hanly Moirs near by.
I have been attending this medical practice for a number of years. Dr Lee Lim and Dr Diep are fantastic. The two stars are for them. My issue is with the rude reception staff a common complaint for this practice and the abrasive practice manager Stephen. I’ve always been willing to put up with this because the doctors are so great. However, the treatment of patients by particular reception staff has become progressively worse, and I have reached my limit. I am always kind and courteous with them, but they don’t seem to reciprocate. They need to be reminded that they are supporting a medical practice where sick and vulnerable people come seeking help to get better. They either don’t understand this…or don’t care. I have moved to a new medical practice as a result.
