Why we can not get a decent services from this particle post office? staff are very rude! not friendly! I personally do not believe all the positive feedbacks for this post office! they are really fake!!!

I've been a regular customer at the Redfern post office for more than 4 years now. From retrieving/sending parcels to applying for a passport, the team is always efficient and friendly! Since it's a small post office you'd have to wait quite a bit during peak hours -- if you're in a rush, try coming in first thing in the morning.

Staff are not very friendly.

Sorry to say that I've received a highly incompetent and not very nice service.

i wish i could give no stars, worst post office ever. trying to file for a passport they were no help and there was always something wrong with it. had to go in several times over a week. staff are the worst people to deal with. take your business elsewhere trust me!

Great staff, great items. I don't have any complaints really except when it first came out they confused my item to pick up, several times and apart from that, more staff maybe good, I spose that's all really.

Recieved excellent service in lodging my passport application no problem at all. Staff are always lovely and helpful.

Worst post office ever! Ladies were so rude didn’t help out at all and were lowkey evil and didn’t want me to see me walk out a happy customer. I recommend you shut it down honestly waste of space

It's a small post office, you'll need to wait quite a bit.  It closes to the train station.
