Redcliffe Waste Transfer Station is on Duffield Road. One of Redcliffe’s major Roads which stretches from one coastline of Redcliffe to the other.nnThe centre is open seven days a week, and obviously very busy on the weekend.nnYou need to be a resident of the shire and will be required to show a photograph ID to that effect. Your car registration will be noted and the car itself weighed when it enters and when it leaves.nnWhile predominantly free, there are charges for various things like more than so many trips to the Tip or offloading huge amounts of whatever.nnThe staff are helpful and friendly while the Tip itself is extremely well-laid out with easy direction to the different waste areas.nnThe Shire Council should be congratulated for creating such a neat and accessible place.
A BIG THANK YOU to Liam who assisted me today in emptying rubbish out of my car. It was my first visit to the centre and I had no idea of what to expect. Liam was extremely polite and helpful. His positive attitude and thoughtfulness would earn him a job anywhere!
Today I packed my car with rubbish to dump , I can not express enough how helpful the two men were helping me lift things out of my car ,I was very grateful for their help , also the lovely lady in the metal section for helping as well being 74 I like to think I’m very capable but know I’m not as strong as I use to be. Went to the dump today with some heavy and awkward shaped rubbish. A huge thank you to the two young men that unloaded my car for me, one young man in the pit and the other young man at the metal section. Very helpful and courteous
I have used this waste collection centre for years now, the staff are always friendly and helpful, this has been the same over the years, the centre itself is kept orderly and clean. Great appreciation and thanks to the staff
