Amazing service today! All food was hot and fresh, the drink was ice cold, and no items were missed!
After posting a great review a few weeks ago about your roast chicken dinner, which I buy twice a week, went there last night and got ripped off. was asked if I wanted chips or veggies, I ordered veggies....I got chicken, peas and two containers of your horrible gravy tipped on top. all in the bin, all watery, not coming back, stop burning your customers.
Can’t even put a whole order together. Manager said he would get the missing items delivered to me, however after screening my calls I called from another number and it was only if I at my own expense drove back there I could have the item they failed to put in. No refund, no other items to make it worth the price of diesel I would be wasting to get back there. One poxy rooster roll. Poor service, cold food and an overall miserable atmosphere compared to the Westfield Cannington Carousel Red Rooster store which is excellent. I won't be going back to this Thornlie store in a hurry that's for sure. Overall 2/5 stars.
I am sharing my experience with red rooster Thornlie . This is the worst place to visit for . Very bad customer service and bullying behaviour of staff . I ordered chicken nuggets and they served me chicken wings instead I opened the box and after one bite I realised it was not chicken nugget I came back to the staff they told me that I paid for wings I told them that I asked for nuggets and these are very cold . She shouted at me very bad and bullied me saying that I lied to them about order and she told me that why did I bite the chicken then I said it was not in my notice after taking one bite I realised it’s wrong she said give us back the order in a bad way and served me again cold chicken nuggets . And was very bad towards me . I left my order as it is and left the place . Don’t ever go to this place very bad shame on you bullying people. I give - star
